Virtual Digital Library (VDL)

Our Virtual Digital Library (VDL) contains a vast array of Technical Security (TS), Communication Security (COMSEC), Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Counter-Intelligence (CI), Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), and Physical Security (PS) documents, reports, instructional guidance, and other industry resources.

The VDL is designed to allow key word cross-referencing of information.

The library is designed as an educational and reference component of the TSB TSCM Operational Standard – Policy and Procedure Guideline (OS-PPG) TM and TSB 2000 Standard.
