Data Submissions
All professional members may submit qualified data to the CTSPA database in an approved format and are strongly encouraged to do so on a regular basis. Specifically, we are looking for electronic information that falls into three (3) distinct categories;
- Data that may be downloaded from the database by authorized users and uploaded and utilized by these users with the same type of equipment for which the data was collected and or processed. Our database is geographically referenced to a specific point in time and might therefore be of valuable assistance to others conducting inspections in the same geographical region in the future.
- Data images such as (jpg and bmp) spectrum plots that might be utilized for training, familiarization, and / or visual reference during inspections.
- Data that may have an interesting, unique or significant value such as a newly discovered modulation scheme or a particular signal of interest that an operator may want to contribute and / or share with other active professional members of the CTSPA.
